Ermilio’s in Eureka Springs is one of nine finalists for the 2026 Arkansas Food Hall of Fame, the Division of Arkansas Heritage announced Thursday, Oct. 15.
The finalists were announced at the Arkansas Hospitality Association’s Stars of the Industry awards gala. Now in its 10th year, the Food Hall of Fame recognizes restaurants, proprietors and food-themed events that contribute to the state’s culinary heritage.
Other finalists in the restaurant category are Neighbor’s Mill Bakery & Cafe in Harrison, Stoby’s in Conway, Trio’s in Little Rock, Dixie Pig in Blytheville, Yellow Umbrella in Fort Smith, Tacker’s Shake Shack in Marion, Ray’s in Monticello and Hugo’s in Fayetteville.
Honorees will be inducted during a special event in early 2027. Event details will be announced later this year.
