The Eureka Springs School District is still waiting on the new school bus it purchased a year ago, but in order to stay ahead of the waiting game, the school board approved another new bus purchase at its regular meeting on Monday, Dec. 12.

Charlie Cross, CEO of CS Bank, has announced the upcoming addition of a Customer Care Center to further support the local bank’s growing client base and geographical footprint. The Customer Care Center, located within the bank’s Berryville facility, will be responsible for assisting customers with daily needs and questions related to their banking, as well as support ing the new video teller platform being migrated to by the bank in its drivethrus later next year.

Coming almost full circle from Springfield, down to Texas and recently back to the Ozarks, Jess Wade, accomplished choral director at Texas A&M University, picked up the baton to conduct his first concert with the Ozarks Chorale on Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Eureka Springs Auditorium.
