Petitions to put reproductive and educational rights on the Arkansas ballot in November will be available for signing from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 23, in the parking lot of the ECHO thrift store at 4004 E. Van Buren in Eureka Springs. All Arkansas registered voters are invited to swing by and sign without having to leave their cars.
