The Purple Flower Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Resource & Support Center was honored to be the beneficiary of the 8th Annual Arkansas State Chili Championship, held April 20 at the Holiday Island Country Club. Independent Banker magazine, the award-winning national monthly publication of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), recently named CS Bank as a recipient of its 2023 Best Community Banks to Work For in America award. The $560 million-asset bank received accolades for its welcoming and uplifting approach, which fuels camaraderie and enhanced productivity. CS Bank’s CEO, Charlie Cross, recently accepted this prestigious award on the bank’s behalf in front of more than a thousand community bankers from across the country at the ICBA’s Annual Conference in Orlando, Fla.
