The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting an aeronautical study concerning Scout Clean Energy’s planned Nimbus Project near Green Forest. In an April 29 letter to Dave Iadarola, project manager for the Nimbus project, the FAA says the tower heights of 698 feet for the project’s wind turbines exceed obstruction standards.
