Over the next four weeks, USA TODAY 10Best readers will be voting on their favorites, once per day, until ballots close at 10:59 a.m. Central on Monday, Feb. 10. The top 10 winners, as ranked by USA TODAY 10Best readers, will be announced at 11 a.m. Central on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
