Jo Ann Williams Garland 90 of Rogers passed away July 20, 2024, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born May 10, 1934, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, the daughter of William Thomas and Mary Effy Hoskins Donnell. Jo was a nurse at the Eureka Springs Hospital and a devoted home health care nurse. Jo dedicated her life to caring for others.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Roland “Doc” Alvin Williams and Fred Garland, and her precious dog, T-Bone.

She is survived by her children, Midge Hunnicutt, Rick Williams and wife Erena, Rhonda Laughlin and husband Philip, Drew Williams and partner John Wright, Heather Rutherford, Joey Baker and husband Rex; her siblings, Don Donnell and wife Jodi, and Shirley Mc- Clelland; grandchildren, Corbin Anderson, Ashley Anderson, Petie Cole, Zachary Jones, Grant Jones, Derrick Jones, Mason Rutherford and Dallas Laughlin. Great-grandchildren, Braxton Cole, Berkley Cole, Colt Anderson, Casey Anderson, Mallory Jones, Blake Jones, Brandon Jones, Kacie Jones, Graci Jones, Barrett Jones and Harper Jones; her extended adopted family, Carlos, Celia, Lizabeth,Alma, Charlie and Azekiel Cruz.

A celebration of Jo’s life will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th Street, Rogers, with Pastor Donna Ward and Pastor Rick Booyer officiating.
