RN Meghan Penland is Eureka Springs Hospital’s Employee of the Month for August 2023. Nurse Meghan has worked in nursing for 10 years, saying she enjoys helping people when they are not feeling their best. She loves working at Eureka Springs Hospital because of everyone around her. ‘We’re so small we’re like family here,’ she said.
