Eureka Springs High School senior Dina McElwee won first place and $1,000 in the film category of the Arts Across America mentoring program, which is sponsored through Arkansas Heritage. McElwee recently traveled to Little Rock for the finals, winning with the film she submitted for the “silent film project” in her film class during the first semester.
