Charlie Cross, chief executive officer for CS Bank, has announced the promotion of the bank’s chief financial officer, Melissa Casey, to the title of executive vice president/chief administrative officer at the local bank. Casey will retain her title of chief financial officer in addition to her new role with CS Bank.
Casey is a 27-year veteran of the institution, having started her banking career with CS Bank in 1995. She became senior vice president/chief financial officer in 2012 and has served as a member of the executive management team since 2014.
“It gives me great joy to promote deserving members of our family here at CS Bank and you would be hard pressed to find a more deserving associate than Melissa,” Cross said. “She has been a loyal and dedicated team member for almost three decades and her tireless work at our company is a big reason why we are afforded the opportunity to enjoy continued growth and success. Personally, I am exceptionally proud of all she continues to accomplish in her career and know we will be well served by her advancement.”
Casey is a resident of Berryville where she lives with her husband, Charles. She has three children, serves on the Mercy Hospital Board and is involved with numerous community and philanthropic endeavors throughout the area.
