Charlie Cross, CEO of CS Bank, has announced the upcoming addition of a Customer Care Center to further support the local bank’s growing client base and geographical footprint. The Customer Care Center, located within the bank’s Berryville facility, will be responsible for assisting customers with daily needs and questions related to their banking, as well as support ing the new video teller platform being migrated to by the bank in its drivethrus later next year.
“We are always looking toward new technologies and innovative processes to enhance the customer experience here at CS Bank, and the utilization of live chat and live video tellers are perfect examples of advancements we are truly excited about here at our company,” Cross said. “The speed by which we will be able to facilitate client transaction volume in our drive-thrus is anticipated to be enhanced immensely once migrated to in 2023. Additionally, the Customer Care Center will diversify the ways a client of our bank can gain access to helpful information and receive valuable feedback on products or account questions via our new live chat feature, which is already available on our website.”
Meredith Miller, assistant vice president and former branch manager who has been with the bank since 2015, will oversee Care Center staff and daily operations.
“Meredith is the perfect team member to lead this newly formed division of our company, as she has a reputation for providing high-level customer service that is second to none,” Cross said. “I have every confidence she will flourish in this new role.”
Meredith, her husband Jeremy and their two children reside in Clifty.
CS Bank is a $500 million, Northwest Arkansas- based financial institution with seven locations throughout Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri, with additional plans for continued expansion.
