Kayn Smith, a third-grader at Eureka Springs Elementary School, competed in the Regional Elk’s Hoops Shoot on Saturday, March 15, in Paducah, Ky. Competing against the state champions from Kentucky, Tennessee and Missouri, Kayn placed second in the Region.
