Movie lovers and thriller fans won’t want to miss a special screening of the gripping feature film “The Forest Through The Trees” at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 22, at The Auditorium in Eureka Springs.
This chilling thriller follows Chloe and her stepdad, Ken, as they grapple with the painful disappearance of Kathy — Chloe’s mother and Ken’s wife.
A year later, with the help of Chloe’s friend Ava, they uncover a mysterious clue that leads them to a terrifying demon cult, setting off a suspenseful and haunting journey.
The film was written by Jason Pitts and Charlie Brady, and directed by Pitts. The cast features Annie Sullivan, Alivea Disney, Stokes, Brad Adams, and Arkansas local Scott Doss, whose performance brings a powerful presence to the screen. Carroll County’s own Julia D. Borkowski played a key role in the film as a producer, casting director, assistant director, and even takes on a small acting role. Julia is the executive director of the local Berryville Film Festival and owner of the casting agency JB Talent Konnections.
