Eureka Springs Carnegie Public Library presents the Icelandic film “Touch” to kick off the foreign film series at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at the Boulevard Bookend (209 Spring St). A romantic and thrilling tale spanning decades and continents of a man who embarks on an emotional journey to find his first love, who disappeared 50 years ago, before his time runs out. Rated R. Also coming up in February, Greg “Big Papa Binns” will present a Cross Pollination Blues program — a mix of storytelling, live music and video — chronicling his time with CeDell Davis, one of the last of the original Delta Blues singers, at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb 20., at Eureka Springs Library Boulevard Bookend (209 Spring St).
