The Eureka Springs Community Center, in partnership with the Eureka Springs School District, hosted the annual Angel Tree program this holiday season, helping make Christmas brighter for 150 children in our community. Harts Food Center, Arvest Bank, Equity Bank, Cathouse Lounge, Sunfest Market and the community center all had trees. Sauced Brews and BBQ, the Eureka Springs High School Booster Club and Eureka Unitarian Universalist Fellowship as well as many private individuals donated money for the program. Lana Walker donated stockings for 150 kids and For Bare Feet donated socks. Jessi Griffin, the community center’s member and guest services manager, managed the program.
