The Crescent Hotel & Spa is thrilled to announce the promotion of Kimberly Roberts to the position of Director of Sales.

A dedicated and longtime member of the Crescent family, Roberts brings more than 26 years of experience to her new role, where she will be responsible for driving wedding and corporate event sales, representing the hotel within the community and leading a team of four sales managers.

Roberts expressed her enthusiasm for her new role, saying: “I believe deeply in the mission of our hotels and the vital role they play in our community. Our hotel creed emphasizes the importance of internal promotion and personal growth. My promotion is a testament to that philosophy, and I’m excited about the opportunity to elevate another leader into my former role as director of the New Moon Spa.”

The Crescent and Basin Park hotels have long been revered as iconic wedding destinations, hosting nearly 200 wedding events annually. Recently, the hotels have also gained recognition as sought-after venues for corporate retreats, further enhancing their reputation.

Roberts’ journey with the hotel began 26 years ago as a massage therapist at the New Moon Spa. Her dedication and passion for excellence led to her promotion to Spa Director where she played a pivotal role in the spa’s growth and success. Under her leadership, the New Moon Spa achieved its highest performance levels and expanded its offerings to include the New Moon Salon, Bridal Studio, Fitness Area, and most recently, the New Moon Membership Club.
