Jason Tennant, president and chief lending officer for CS Bank, has announced the promotion of Rachel Graham to Sales Manager for CS Bank.

Graham will be responsible for the management and oversight of all branch sales-related efforts, with a focus on matching the bank’s client base with the best possible products to assist with the enhancement of their financial well-being.

Graham began her banking career seven years ago at CS Bank’s Huntsville location. Since that time, she has worked in the Madison, Boone and Carroll County markets.

“Rachel has continually shown her dedication to providing CS Bank’s customers, communities and coworkers with the absolute best service and support,” Tennant said. “We are so pleased to announce her well-deserved advancement within our company and I look forward to her continued professional growth in this position.”

Rachel and her husband, Jacob, reside in Berryville with their daughter, Harper. She is a graduate of Berryville High School and has her associate’s degree from North Arkansas College. Rachel is a member of the Arkansas Bankers Association Membership and Engagement Committee where she and others across the state work tirelessly to advocate for the banking industry at both a state and national level.

CS Bank is a $575 million, Northwest Arkansas- based bank with seven locations throughout the area with plans for continued expansion.
