The Carroll County Democrats will hold a Candidate Forum Picnic from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, at the Pavilion in Holiday Island. Candidates Rick Delaney (candidate for Arkansas House of Representatives District 6), Harrie Farrow (candidate for re-election, Carroll County Justice of the Peace District 3), Caitlin Draper (candidate for U.S. House of Representatives, Arkansas District 3) and John Pagan (candidate for Arkansas State Treasurer) have been invited to speak.

There will be summer picnic food and cold beverages.

The Pavilion is located in the complex with the Recreation Center on the island in Holiday Island.
