The $560 million-asset bank received accolades for its welcoming and uplifting approach, which fuels camaraderie and enhanced productivity. CS Bank’s CEO, Charlie Cross, recently accepted this prestigious award on the bank’s behalf in front of more than a thousand community bankers from across the country at the ICBA’s Annual Conference in Orlando, Fla.
