The annual Christmas Parade of Lights, presented by the Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Black Hills Energy, drew a big crowd to downtown Eureka Springs on Friday evening, Dec. 1. The Crescent and Basin Park Hotels took home the first-place award, with the Filipino-American Christmas Villagers taking second place and the Decatur High School Band placing third.
