Julia Borkowski, who has worked as an online engagement editor for Carroll County Community Media since June 2023, is the company’s new advertising sales representative.
In her new position, Borkowski will work directly with advertisers to maximize the benefits of advertising with Carroll County Community Media. The company publishes the Carroll County News, the Eureka Springs Times-Echo, the Ozark Mountain Trader and the Eureka Springs Visitor.
“Julia’s energy and enthusiasm have impressed us all,” said Scott Loftis, the majority owner, editor and publisher for Carroll County Community Media. “Her work ethic and attitude are remarkable, and contagious. She has been a huge addition to our staff and I believe she’s going to do big things in our community. I’m so glad that she’s a part of our team.”
“I’m very excited about this position as I’ll be working with so many people in this community and helping them get the word about their businesses,” Borkowski said.
In addition to her duties with Carroll County Community Media, Borkowski is the owner of Berryville Onstage Rehearsal Konnection and JB Talent Konnections. She has been acting and modeling for more than 10 years and has worked on several film sets along with producing runway shows and other events and assisting in casting for television shows, movies and commercials.
She will also continue to be for maintaining the websites for the Carroll County News and the Eureka Springs Times-Echo and managing the social media pages for those publications as well as the Eureka Springs Visitor.
“We’re asking a lot of Julia, but I’m very confident in her abilities,” Loftis said. “She’s going to do very well.”
