In an effort to offset the cost of treats given away by private households on Halloween Night, the White Street Halloween Candy Bank is accepting donations of candy, small toys and healthy treats now through Oct. 31. If you love passing out candy to ghouls, but none come to your street, they are probably on the Upper Historic Loop, and residents there could use your help.
