The Holiday Island community blood drive will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, in the main room of the Elks Lodge, 4 Parkcliff Drive.

Appointments are strongly encouraged to manage donor flow and can be scheduled by calling Community Blood Center of the Ozarks at 417227-5006 or by going to cbco.org/donate- blood.

A free Kansas City Chiefs T-shirt will be given to all donors while supplies last. Additionally, all donors can enter for a chance to win two Kansas City Chiefs tickets. A free cholesterol screening will also be available.
