The Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Carroll County held a fundraiser and celebration on Thursday, July 20, in Eureka Springs. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library provides a free age-appropriate book sent by mail each month to children from birth to age 5. The program has registered more than 2,000 children in Carroll County. Among those at the event were several families with children who have been registered in the program.
