Clear Spring School recently received a $2,490 grant from Cox to improve the school’s “Wild Science” programming. The school built several sets of science investigation packs. These are backpacks containing a variety of exploration kits that the students can take with them when they go hiking on the school’s trails or off campus. The school has several different kits: birding, creek critters, bugs, water and soil testing and fossil exploration.
