Final report cards for the 2022-23 school year have been mailed to parents of Eureka Springs High School students, along with important registration documents for the upcoming school year. The three included forms must be returned to the high school to complete students’ registration. This includes an Agricultural Survey, ChromeBook Permission Form and Electronic/Internet Form.

These forms may be returned via fax to 479-253-8390, emailed to trusterholz@ es.k12.ar.us, or placed in the black mailbox in front of the high school.
