The Grassy Knob Auxiliary is holding its annual free ice cream social from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 2, to help raise money for its volunteer firefighters to purchase and maintain necessary equipment.

The event, which will be held at the Grassy Knob Community Center at 12037 Highway 187 in Eureka Springs, will also include a cookie sale. Those attending can also view a fire truck display and meet the fire chief.

All donations will go to the Grassy Knob Volunteer Fire Association.
