Medical records coder Josie Wade is Eureka Springs Hospital’s Employee of the Month for December 2022. Josie enjoys working with numbers, a key component to coding. In her free time, she loves playing with her kids, drawing, painting, reading and hunting.
Josie said she is always pushing herself to be better, no matter what she’s doing. “I want to be better and do better for myself and my children,” she said.
