This week’s Pet of the Week is Mr. Kitty, a middle-aged cat who seeks an adopter that is understanding of his shyness. He is not swayed by treats, but does love head and body scratches once he feels safe. He’ll even roll over onto his back so that you may reach all of the good spots. He does well around other cats and would do best in a calm home. Come meet Mr. Kitty at the Good Shepherd Humane Society Adoption Center on Highway 62. The adoption center is open from noon to 5 p.m. every day.
