Eureka Springs Hospital will host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Eureka Springs Hospital Clinic across the street from the hospital.

The Pfizer bivalent vaccine will be available. The bivalent vaccine covers 50 percent of the original COVID strain and 50 percent of the Omicron variant. To be eligible, you must have had your last COVID vaccine dose more than two months ago. The vaccine is available to everyone 12 and older.

Please bring your insurance information and vaccine card if you have it.
