Dear Editor:
My name is Melody Woodworth; I am trying to reopen the Children’s Rescue Closet. I had this place open at the same location before COVID-19 came into our homes. Which caused us to shut down because of lack of financial ability.
Now that COVID is more calm we are able to open back up with a few restrictions. So we are trying to collect clothing and other supplies in order to do this. I want you to know that there are people, adults and children, out there that need the help.
If you don’t believe me talk to your local police department. I am sure they will tell you what you need to know. But when I stand in my driveway and watch you turn around for whatever reason, all I can think of is how many people will go with out what they need. But I want to thank from the bottom of my heart to the ones that have donated. Starting with my family. There has also been several other donations. l want to thank them for what they did as well.
