Mennonite fundraiser

The Mennonite Disaster Service Search and Rescue team will hold a fundraiser from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 3, at the Mennonite School on Cisco Road, located at 849 Carroll County Road 601 in Berryville. Attendees will be treated to a pulled pork dinner, homemade bread, pies and more. Dinners will be donation only and all donations are tax deductible. Storywalk registration

Registration has begun for the 2nd Annual Storywalk. to be held from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 4, at the Berryville Community Center Soccer field. This year, Berryville’s own professional storyteller, Molly Sroges, will be located at the finish line for participants to listen to her tall tales. All proceeds raised from this event will go toward the Library Building Project. Registration pledge forms are now available at the Berryville Library located at 104 Spring St. in Berryville. Virtual registration forms are also available for those unable to walk or attend the event. For more information, call the library at 870-423-2323.

Summer meals program

The Berryville School District will provide free meals to children from June 6-June 30. This summer, meals will be served from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. for breakfast and from 11 a.m. to noon for lunch Monday through Thursday at the intermediate cafeteria and middle school cafeteria.
