Eureka Springs Elementary School fourth-graders help celebrate the conclusion of a three-year Professional Learning Communities at Work project funded by the Arkansas Department of Elementary and Secondary Education during a ceremony Monday, May 16, at the school. The elementary faculty worked with a coaching team from Solution Tree to practice job-embedded professional development. The goal was to develop a collaborative team approach using data to improve professional practices and guarantee more students achieve at high levels.
